Players of all Skill Levels Welcome

The clinic will focus on:

Onfield Skills, Drills, Fundamentals and Workouts featuring Live Batting Practice along with Infield and Outfield Drills, Base Running, Relays, Individual and Group Pitching, Fielding, Tee Work, Soft Toss, Front Toss, Live Hitting and HitTrax Hitting.

  • The clinic will also introduce and teach teamwork, sportsmanship, the mental side of the game as well as strength and conditioning.

Harford Sports Refund Policy

Please read carefully before registering.

NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you think there is any possibility you may cancel, do not register. Violating this refund policy may result in being restricted from future Harford Sports events.


Cancellations & Credits

    • No cash refunds will be issued once a purchase has been made.

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of a league, camp, clinic, or event will receive a credit for a future event.

    • All refund requests must be made in writing 30 days prior to the event start date.

Once within 30 days of an event:

    • Rosters, schedules, uniforms, and staffing have already been finalized.

    • Harford Sports reserves the right to deny or limit any credit or refund request.

    • In most cases, a credit voucher for a future event will be issued and applied to your account.


Injury Policy

    • If a player is injured before the 3rd game of a league season, and provides valid medical documentation, a partial refund may be granted:
        • Refund will be issued minus the processing fee and a $25 administration fee.

        • The $25 admin fee will be available as a future credit.

    • No refunds will be issued after the 3rd game has been played — non-negotiable.


Low Enrollment

    • A full refund will be issued only if Harford Sports cancels a program due to low registration in a division or event.


Change of Mind or Late Cancellations

    • If you cancel after league expenses have been incurred (e.g., rosters, uniforms, scheduling), a credit may be issued — not a refund.

    • If a refund is still requested, Harford Sports reserves the right to deduct incurred expenses, and this violates our policy, possibly restricting future registration.


Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Circumstances

In the event of:

    • Acts of God, war, terrorism

    • Executive orders or government-mandated shutdowns

    • Epidemics, pandemics, or health emergencies

    • Travel restrictions, evacuations, or border closures

Harford Sports will issue a credit only, and no cash refunds will be offered — no exceptions.
