Q: How many kids can we invite?
A:20 ($5 extra per kid over 20), but we HIGHLY recommend 16-20 tops. In our experience having too many kids alters the game enjoyment. We also recommend keeping the kids around the same age. * we recommend for parties over 16 kids to have an extra party coach. PLEASE NOTE:Any amount over 20 alters the game experience and is sometimes hard to manage. We only have seating on the Party Mezzanine for 20.
Q: Are Lil’ Kickers Parties different than the regular parties?
A: YES, Lil’ Kicker Parties have a theme and a format and recommended for ages 2 to 6.
Q: Can We bring in outside food and drinks?
A: Yes, you can bring anything you wish with the exception of Alcohol. Alcohol on premise is strictly prohibited.
Q: Can we play multiple Sports?
A: Yes, you can schedule anything you wish.
Q: Where do you recommend getting Pizza from?
A: Little Caesars is the cheapest, but you have to pick it up. If you want delivery, any place local is fine.
Q: What do you supply?
A: The Field, The Party Room Mezzanine, Tables, Chairs, Party Coach, Balls, and FUN. (Batting Cages and HitTrax are extra)
Q: How many tables and chairs do you have and what are the sizes?
A: 6 Square 4X4 Tables, 1 8-foot banquet table, 1 6-foot banquet table. 20 chairs.
Q: Why are there round tables in the picture above?
A: Those were rented and brought in by a client. We do not offer round tables.
Q: Do you supply Tablecloths or Decorations?
A: No, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Q: Do you supply Sporting Equipment?
A: Balls Only
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: $100 via PayPal
Q: Do you have freezer for our Ice Cream Cake?
A: Yes, we have a freezer.
Q: Are we supposed to tip the Party Coach?
A: Recommended, if they do a great job.
Q: Can we extend our time or purchase extra time?
A: Yes, subject to availability.
