Cardinal Sports Performance & Physical Therapy

Cardinal Sports Performance & Physical Therapy is built on the belief that recovery and performance go hand in hand. Our mission is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and athletic training by providing every patient—whether a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or someone simply looking to move without pain—the same level of care, expertise, and environment trusted by elite performers.

With years of experience treating high-level athletes, our team understands what it takes not only to recover from injury but also to return stronger and more resilient. We bring that same philosophy to each individual who walks through our doors, tailoring programs that combine proven rehabilitation strategies with performance-based training principles.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes:

  • Private treatment rooms for focused, one-on-one care
  • Advanced strength and conditioning equipment designed for both recovery and performance training in our State of the Art 3,500 Square ft. Gym.
  • Over 16,000 square feet of indoor turf for functional movement, agility, and sport-specific exercises

At Cardinal, we pride ourselves on providing individualized, one-on-one care. Every session is guided by a highly skilled physical therapist who develops and progresses a personalized plan built around your unique needs, goals, and abilities. By blending cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques with sport-performance training, we ensure that your path to recovery doesn’t just restore function—it helps you perform at your best.

Whether you are returning from surgery, recovering from an injury, or seeking to improve overall strength and performance, our goal is to deliver the highest level of care and to help you achieve lasting results.

We look forward to you joining us at Cardinal Sports Performance & Physical Therapy and experiencing true first-class rehabilitation.

ABOUT US

At Cardinal Performance & Therapy, we believe that everyone deserves to move well, feel strong, and live without limits. We started CPT with a clear purpose: to deliver the kind of care we would want for our own families, personalized, movement driven, and focused on long term results.

Too often, people are overlooked or rushed through the system. We set out to change that. Whether you’re an athlete chasing your next level or someone simply looking to get your life back, our mission is to guide you with expertise, compassion, and purpose.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. It is why we started this, and it is what drives us every day. When you walk through our doors, you are not just a patient or a client; you are part of the Cardinal family.

This is more than rehab. This is about unlocking potential, one person, one movement, one breakthrough at a time.

MEANING BEHIND THE NAME

The name Cardinal means something deeply personal to us. Growing up, we were told that when a cardinal appears, it means an angel is near. After Mom passed away, and after coming home from the hospital, a bright red cardinal landed just a few feet away.

For a moment, time stopped. We felt her there. It wasn’t just a bird, it was a sign. It was her way of saying, “I’m still here. You’re going to be okay.”

That small moment changed everything. Out of grief came clarity. Out of loss came purpose. Cardinal became more than just a name, it became our why. We chose it to honor her, and to honor everyone we’ve lost along the way.

To us, the cardinal is a symbol of hope and resilience. A quiet reminder that even in your darkest seasons, you’re never truly alone.

Cardinal Performance & Therapy was built from that truth. This isn’t just about therapy, performance, or recovery. It’s about carrying forward the love and lessons from the people who shaped us and using them to help others rise from their own hard moments.

It’s about strength through struggle. Healing through purpose. And learning what it means to truly live without limits.

This is who we are.
This is what we stand for.
This is Cardinal.

TESTIMONIALS

“Our 10-year-old daughter suffered a season-ending knee injury as a goalie. He thoroughly analyzed her knee and hip, created a clear treatment plan, and made sure we and our daughter understood every step. He checked in between appointments and even provided stretches before the new season began. Thanks to his expertise and genuine care, our daughter is back on the ice and thriving. We truly believe her recovery wouldn’t have been the same without him.”
