Currently the Head Varsity Baseball Coach – C. Milton Wright High School
Coach Cusimano brings over 40 years of coaching experience and more than 20 years as a high school head coach to the C. Milton Wright baseball program. A lifelong student of the game, he is dedicated to developing well-rounded student-athletes through strong fundamentals, discipline, and character-building.
During his time as a Head JV coach, Coach Cusimano has led his teams to consistent winning seasons, never finishing below .500, and has guided numerous players who went on to become key varsity contributors and college athletes. His career record across programs stands at an impressive 193 wins, 89 losses, and 6 ties.

Ø Strength training and conditioning
In addition to baseball, Coach Cusimano has more than 25 years of soccer coaching experience, including a decade coaching club level. He holds an NSCAA Level 6 certification and a U.S. Soccer Federation National F License.

Ø Dribbling control, First touch and ball reception
Ø Passing, proper shooting mechanics
Ø Shielding and protecting the ball
Ø Game IQ and field awareness for both offense and defense
A U.S. Army veteran and retired Maryland State Trooper, Coach Cusimano brings a leadership style grounded in respect, accountability, and teamwork. His approach to coaching emphasizes not only athletic development but also academic success and personal growth.
