Our performance program has everything your athlete needs to take their game to the next level. From ages 8 to 18 years old we have classes that are designed to attack each athlete’s goal. Our classes specifically target increasing strength, power, and speed. We also work closely with our partners at Innovative Physical Therapy to take athlete’s to the next level.

HS156 All Sports Athlete Package: 

  • 2 – Performance Training Sessions Per Week.. Tuesday & Wednesday 4pm-5pm
  • 1 – Combine Style Testing with Recorded Results.

IN-SEASON ATHLETES PACKAGE: 

You worked hard all off season, why stop now?? This is our in-season version of the classes we offer. We realize in-season sports take up a lot of time so this class designed to maintain, keep you healthy, and prevent injuries. This is offered as an in-season option for our off-season clients.

  • 2 – In-season classes per week for 1 hour
  • Tuesday and Wednesday Times 4pm – 5pm
  • Discount on FMS & FCS Testing  $40 for initial and $25 per update. 
  • Workout T-Shirt for new clients
  • Stay Healthy and Prevent Injuries
