Group Gym Training

Our goal at Harford Sports Performance Center is to provide all clients with top-notch training at an affordable price.

With this goal in mind, we offer small group training sessions to limit the number of clients per session so you receive the proper coaching and don’t have to dish out a fortune for personal training.

When you sign up for our training packages:

  • You will undergo a one-on-one initial consultation
  • An initial movement assessment so that our staff can tailor a training program for your individual needs.
  • Our programs are designed to include many components of training such as:
    • Speed
    • Agility
    • Plyometrics
    • Strength
    • Mobility
    • Functional Movement
    • And More

We offer Group Gym Training in 2, 3, or 4 days a week packages available on our secured website along with daily time slots for your convenience. 

The competition is Bigger, Faster, Stronger…. it’s time you take their spot.
