“I play in both the NLL and MLL where in total; the playing time lasts 8 months out of the year. The only way I can maintain my desired level of fitness is by continuing to work out with the best trainer around. I’ve never been pushed as hard as he has pushed me. Every day we compete to achieve a goal of becoming the best athlete I can be.”

“Over the past 8 years as a professional lacrosse player one of the greatest challenges I have faced is finding a way to stay in top physicalcondition. I have tried training myself and have also had trainers push me along the way. Although these methods were successful for periods I was not satisfied with my results. In October of 2011 I started training twice a week with Coach Jay Dyer. His strength and conditioningprogram was not overwhelming and I found it easy to pick up. As indoor season started, after 2 months of training, I noticed big differences in how I looked, felt and preformed on the field. After my best season to date in my 7th year of Indoor lacrosse I feel as though Jay’s strength and conditioning program has given my career a new life. As I continue to train with Jay I continue to see results and look forward to a successful MLL season.” ~ Brendan Mundorf
