Harford Sports 256 is the the ultimate in performance and athletic training for the serious athlete.

 

TUESDAY and THURSDAY 10am to 11am

 

Session 1

June 19, 21, 26, 28, July 3,5,10,12,17,19, 2018 – 10 Dates

Session 2

July  24, 26, 31 August 2,7,9,14,16,21,23, 2018 – 10 Dates

  • 2 – Strength, Conditioning, Speed, & Agility Sessions Per Week.. Tues-Thurs 10am – 11am

This is a discounted in-season class for Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse and an introduction to our HS256 class which runs September to March for other athletes to give the class a try.

Qualifications:

  • Athletes MUST have and maintain a 3.0 Grade Point Average or higher.
  • Must be able to attend scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly sessions. 2 Days per Week
  • Dedicated Athletes ONLY!
  • Must have the Athletic Ability to handle this Heavy Training and Commitment.
  • Commit to the Training. This is a Marathon not a Sprint. Meaning, it’s not going to help you showing up for a week or once in while. It is a commitment to get it’s value.
  • Your Schedule must fit our schedule.
