- 2 – Strength, Conditioning, Speed, & Agility Sessions Per Week.. Tues-Thurs 10am – 11am
This is a discounted in-season class for Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse and an introduction to our HS256 class which runs September to March for other athletes to give the class a try.
- Athletes MUST have and maintain a 3.0 Grade Point Average or higher.
- Must be able to attend scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly sessions. 2 Days per Week
- Dedicated Athletes ONLY!
- Must have the Athletic Ability to handle this Heavy Training and Commitment.
- Commit to the Training. This is a Marathon not a Sprint. Meaning, it’s not going to help you showing up for a week or once in while. It is a commitment to get it’s value.
- Your Schedule must fit our schedule.
